Your customers stay on your computer
Sipet keeps everything in one folder on your Mac or PC. No account to create, nothing stored in somebody else's cloud.
- One-click safety copies and restore – the copies never contain your passwords or API keys.
- API keys and e-mail passwords are encrypted, with the key protected by the macOS Keychain or by Windows for your account.
- Customer data goes to the AI provider only when you use an AI feature – and you can switch that off.
- Received e-mails don't load pictures from the internet until you allow it.

Which computers does Sipet run on?
Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 and newer) running macOS 11 Big Sur or later, and PCs with Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit.
Is the Windows edition the same as the Mac edition?
Yes – the same features and screens. The differences are where Sipet works with your computer's own programs: Apple Mail, FaceTime and the Keychain on a Mac; Outlook, Phone Link and Windows data protection on a PC.
Who is Sipet for?
For one person who sells: business owners, freelancers and sales professionals who manage their own customers, deals and quotes. Each installation is for a single user on one computer.
Where is my data stored?
In one folder on your computer. Sipet has no account and no login, and your customer data is not stored on our servers. You can save a safety copy at any time with one click.
Can I move from a Mac to a PC, or back?
Yes. Save a safety copy in one edition and restore it in the other. API keys and passwords never travel in a safety copy, so you enter them once on the new computer.
Which e-mail programs work with Sipet?
One-to-one e-mails, quotes and reports can go through Apple Mail on a Mac or the classic Microsoft Outlook desktop app on Windows. Any e-mail account with SMTP and IMAP (for example Microsoft 365, Gmail or your web host) can also be connected directly – newsletters always use such an account.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for what goes online by nature: sending e-mails and using AI features. Everything else works offline.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Every part of Sipet works without AI. If you want it, you connect your own API key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Mistral and pay the provider for what you use – with budgets and limits you set in Sipet.
Can I try it with sample data?
Yes. One click fills Sipet with fictional customers, deals, quotes, cases and AI examples, and one click removes them again – records you created yourself are kept.
What does Sipet cost?
Pricing will be announced together with the download. AI features are billed by the AI provider you choose, directly to your own account – Sipet shows the estimated cost and lets you set limits.
